💡Our Story
Blue Canyon Home Inspections was founded with a simple mission: to help homebuyers and real estate agents make informed, confident decisions. After serving as an aviation inspector in the United States Marine Corps—ensuring aircraft were maintained to the highest safety standards—I found a natural transition into home inspections.
Originally inspired by my journey into real estate investing, I became a certified inspector to better understand what makes a solid home. Along the way, I discovered something even more rewarding—being the calm in the storm for others. Whether it's reassuring first-time buyers or walking a family through a major defect discovery, I’ve found my purpose in helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Before launching Blue Canyon, I owned and operated Always Faithful Home Inspection in Tucson, where I performed over 2,500 inspections across a wide range of homes and property types. My experience includes working with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and builders—giving me the depth and perspective needed to handle anything a Phoenix-area home might throw at us (yes, even mold and termites in the desert!).
I’m proud to bring that same level of excellence, precision, and professionalism to the Valley.
Why “Blue Canyon”?
The name Blue Canyon reflects my journey and identity. I grew up in Louisville, Kentucky—the Bluegrass State. After joining the Marine Corps, I was stationed in Arizona—the Grand Canyon State—and decided to make it my forever home after starting a family here. Blue Canyon is where my two homes meet—and this business is a representation of the values, roots, and lessons I’ve gained along the way.
